Overview of Services for Faculty & Staff

  • PortalGuard Guide - your centralized password management and single-sign-on for YCCD systems

  • Office 365 Business Guide for Faculty and Staff - is an online office suite of applications by Microsoft and they work across all your devices seamlessly. At YCCD you will have access to the following online services: Outlook (email), Calendars, People (contacts), Word, Excel, Power-point, One-note, One-drive, and much more.

  • Canvas Guide for Faculty & Staff - manage your virtual class room environment for online and on campus courses. 
    • Respondus Lockdown Browser - a custom browser that locks down the testing environment while students taking online exams within Canvas
    • Turnitin - using Turnitin within Canvas to check for potential plagiarism and feedback. 
  • EMS -  learn about our emergency procedures and register to receive alerts.
  • CurricUNET Meta Guide - Official repository for all legal course & program outlines that are filed with the Chancellor's Office.
  • ImageNow - a secure enterprise database that keeps content synchronized and easily accessible.
  • FLEX - Professional development system
  • SARS - Appointment scheduling and reporting system
  • TracDat - is a web-based software that allows us to collect, track and report out on Student Learning Outcomes (SLO) and program review requests and recommendations.
  • TutorTrac - Online management software that administers the student services  including learning, writing, tutoring, and academic skills.
